Landon and I got up early Saturday morning and played with dogs and did a bunch of yard work. Landon trimmed the trees that were coming over our fence from the neighbors yard, and pruned the trees in the back yard and cleaned up all the dog messes. I pruned the grape vines. They hadn't been pruned for a few years and my neighbor gave me some suggestions on how I could tackle them.it took a bit but I did it and they look night and day different.
Then Landon and I went to the front. Isis all the trees and rose bushes and Landon did our decorative trees with an electric saw. They look rad!
Larry and Darlene stopped by after that and helped us put together their huge log swing they brought over. It's nice to have in the backyard. Even the dogs swung on it. Lol
I made us all a big breakfast: French toast, eggs, and a Ham Steak. Then after they left we put McKenna down for a nap and Landon and I took a nap outside in the backyard on our camping recliner chairs. Sure enough we got burned! Landon's burn is even, as for me, well, I fell asleep with my head kinked and so I have a funky line on my neck! Lol oh well!
