McKenna 2nd Birthday

McKenna and I spent her birthday together and Daddy was even able to get off of work early so we could start our dinner celebration early before the crowd hit.

McKenna and I went to the mall for lunch to eat her fav food noodles with chopsticks, then we went and played at the mall playground and then road the train and other mall rides. She had a blast!

When Landon got home we went to Chucky Cheese to have dinner and play. McKenna got recognized for being the birthday girl and we won enough tickets for her to get a chucky stuffed animal and a few other things so she was happy :)

We then came back home and did a few tiny presents and then are cake. She did awesome blowing out her candles but wanted to do it again once she blew them out. lol 

It was a wonderful day and we are so grateful to have her in our lives!

An anniversary done right

Landon and I were finally able to celebrate our anniversary the right way. Around noon on Saturday the 26th we dropped McKenna off at Nana and Pop Pops and headed for SLC. 

We saw the matinee of Wicked at Capitol Theater- it was a blast. Neither of us had seen it before. We had a lot of fun!

After Wicked we walked to City Creek and went shopping for McKenna and Mattie Ann. Landon is always busy so he hadn't bought anything for Mattie yet so it made it more real for him that we are having another little girl soon. While we were doing that we realized we hadn't bought anything for McKenna for her birthday yet. So Landon bought her a couple cute outfits from Maceys. He did a great job!

After shopping we went to the roof room where they had an anniversary table awaiting us. It was beautiful!  It felt really nice to relax and spoil ourselves a little with time away, good food and an incredible view. 

So happy to be married to Landon. Glad we could celebrate. Lots has happened in 3 years! Can't wait to make more memories and continue to grow our family!
